Merit Foods of Arizona was established in 1992 by Mort Sadowsky and later purchased by his son Matt in 1998. The Sadowsky family has a fifty year history in the food service business. Matt's grandfather and father established Ace Poultry in 1960, where they raised, processed and delivered fresh poultry to restaurants. It was their desire back then as it is Matt's today, to deliver outstanding service and value to each and every customer large or small. Merit Foods of Arizona's team in constructed some of the most experienced food service professionals in the market. In fact, many have worked for Matt's father and grandfather. Along with continuing our long tradition of history in the community, it is our goal to earn your business and trust with our relentless pursuit of quality, service and value.
